The atmospheric separation is the space
Between the orb and the rings
The water came from the Axis Mundi
Which also can be called
The North Polar Vortex
The dome of our closed universe
Is made of water
That is attracted to the plasma there
When the charge diminished
The Polar vortex relinquished
Most of the water it had
That is why our oceans
Had a sudden increase in volume
