Rampant homelessness has taken over

But rent starts in San Francisco at about 2500 a month
Cops do not respond to 911 calls anymore
And are instructed not to interact with the public
There is an open air market called the Fentanyl Bizarre
Where drug addicts sell their stolen goods to mostly tourists and deal hunting grandmas
They do fentanyl at the same time
With no repercussions from law enforcement
The BART system has become a transport for those with trash bags
Who fill them up in San Francisco and hop back on the rapid transit to Oakland or other towns
Kraton is another drug that acts on the opiate receptors in the brain
It is very addictive and has taken over smoke shops
Kraton is a gateway drug to the more powerful fentanyl
Oxycontin is also an opiate precursor to fentanyl
It has been the best selling drug of pharmaceutical companies
And is commonly prescribed by doctors
Big cities everywhere are experiencing a record number of overdose deaths
In Seattle they hand out free fentanyl
It is poverty by design
When people are hooked on a powerful drug
And need money to support their habit
They will shoplift
When theft is a misdemeanor
And penalties are never enforced
Civil unrest results!
