Frisland was a big island just to the northeast of Iceland.
It had 7 large cities with castles.
And smaller towns
It was prosperous
It had mountains
And large forests
It had lakes and rivers
And abundant wildlife
It had many smaller outer islands
And a nice climate

But then in a momentary flash
During a day in the 1660’s
It disappeared
And became silent
Beneath the waves
