3d is a spectrum of frequency
That manifests platforms of consciousness perception and expression
Each density level is organized into a trinity of dimensional reality fields
We exist in the 3d construct
It is a very emotional adventure
And our emotions bring experiences that match our vibration
At other times we increase our frequency
And access the 5d construct
In 5d we influence our frequency states directly
In order to create and dissolve manifestations
We intentionally match the frequency we want by sending out that vibration
Then we harmonize with frequencies of a like nature
And alter the creation around us
Our 5d reality is observing our 3d identity
In the 5d perspective we understand our innate abilities
When you feel so aligned and so pure
That you do not ever want to leave that state
Is when you know you have moved into higher frequency bands
Many are not advanced enough to stay there permanently so they oscillate between dimensions
Until they become fully proficient at maintaining the higher frequency states
5d is the 5th frequency band
4d is space that a person can get to
By traveling in a direction perpendicular to 3d space
As we ascend through the densities our reality changes for the better
Because the outer world is a reflection of our level of consciousness
As our consciousness expands our manifestations expand
Higher frequency levels occur simultaneous with ours
And a person can jump back and forth from one timeline to another
Based on the vibrational frequency they carry
Carry the frequency from the heart center
And it will be easier to acclimate to the frequency of manifestation
