What part of you did they activate

See it clearly and completely
And it will lose its grip on you

Enough observation without judgement will make it dissolve
Watch the program run until it becomes a visible pattern that can be changed
It will lose its automatic pattern and will stop being you

Hold the version of you that you are becoming
Even before external evidence exists

Your biology will start changing
And your gene expression will shift

Your nervous system will rewire
And the outer world will begin to follow

Generate the feeling of attainment
Then let reality catch up
And reorganize itself around your new signal

As you assign to yourself a higher frequency
You get redirected

This is your energetic upgrade
Your rebirth

Step out of the past and into your power
No longer hang on to the ghosts of what could have been
Choose the new you

Your pain was preparation
A life of comfort puts your focus on materialism
A ruptured life lets light in

And how sacred your presence is
