Fear is the shadow that seeks to dominate
But its darkness retreats in the presence of light
Go beyond the constraints of fear shame and social anxiety
They are only products of the mind
Forget the false self and return to the divine within
Your fundamental nature is pure consciousness
There are deeper dimensions of ourselves
Outside the range of the ego
The true self is indomitable and fearless
And transcends the confines of the ego
The ego thrives in being wronged
It plays the victim
But wants to feel superior
The true self is free from conditioning
What we think is our life
Is nothing more than a temporary story we tell ourselves
Thought is a function of the mind
Not the essence of who you are
You are not your thoughts
You are the space in which they arise
You are not your emotions
You are life itself
That manifests in countless forms
You are the awareness of what narrative about yourself you choose to believe
You are the silent witness of your saga
That arises
Then passes away!
